ENRICHED AIR DIVER
Diving with enriched air nitrox lets you safely extend your no decompression dive time, giving you more of what you got in to diving for — time doing what you love to do underwater. It's no wonder that the PADI Enriched Air Diver course is PADI's single most popular specialty.
Enriched air extends your no stop time by replacing some of the nitrogen in your breathing air with oxygen. Your body absorbs nitrogen more slowly, and that means longer no stop limits, as well as, longer dives when repetitive diving. On multilevel profiles with enriched air and an enriched air compatible dive computer (the vast majority of those made today are), you'll often hit reserve pressure long before you run out of no decompression time — even when it's your second or third dive of the day.
So, whether you're a wreck hound, avid underwater photographer, nature lover or simply enjoy touring the underwater world, the PADI Enriched Air Diver course will keep you longer where you want to be
underwater. Based on the acclaimed PADI System of Diver Education, the PADI Enriched Air Diver Manual and accompanying course materials allow you to study independently, at your own pace, making learning meaningful, thorough and fun.
